CENTRAL HEBER WATER & SEWER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT

When Necessary, You will be Provided Water Disconnect Notices within 48 Hours
(Water Outages are typically 4-8 hours)

Crews will enter your street and begin installation of items in the following order...
1. Water main line
2. Sewer main line
3. Pipeline laterals into properties for both water/sewer
4. Pressurized irrigation with laterals into properties
5. Fiber Optic Cable installation as identified by Strata Networks
6. Full Roadway paving to be completed

All roadway pavement, along with sections of curbing and landscaping directly in-line to your water meter/sewer clear-out will be excavated and replaced.

Surface landscaping along the public right-of-way(ROW)will be will be removed where necessary. Contractors will restore the disturbed landscaping with exception to some trees/shrubs.

Water meter and sewer clear-outs will be moved to the edge of the public ROW line.

Access will be limited to local traffic as roadway excavation progresses in each phase.

Access to property entry/exit points may be limited at times. Please contact hotline for assistance. Crews will be available onsite to accommodate if necessary.

Excavated areas will be backfilled and compacted daily after each shift for pedestrian safety and traffic convenience. When necessary, a secure perimeter will be provided using barricades and/or construction tape.

Street parking will not be allowed during daylight hours.

Be prepared for occaisional roadway closures even for local traffic. Please use caution and follow posted detours. Contact hotline for issues or special needs regarding local access.
